Corporate Wellness Programs from Academy of Holistic Fitness
6-Week Health and Fitness Programs – $350 per session
Each topic is taught in a six-week session consisting of one 60-minute class per week. We recommend a maximum of 15 participants so that we can provide individualized instruction. Each participant will need to bring a yoga mat and come dressed to exercise. These programs can also be scheduled as ongoing weekly classes for a reduced rate. Choose a session topic for your employees (or you may want to choose multiple topics if you have multiple groups):
Gentle Yoga – This easy-does-it program is appropriate for non-fit beginners. Learn proper form and alignment, body awareness, and relaxation. No prior yoga experience necessary.
Yoga 101 – This is a basic, moderate level fitness yoga program. No prior yoga experience necessary.
Yoga Sculpt – This program is a combination of yoga, Pilates, and fitness. It is a more demanding program for those that enjoy a fitness challenge.
Yoga for Men – This program features training in stretching, strengthening, and stress reduction. Beginners or intermediate level.
Abdominals 101 – Firm up your midsection and improve your posture! This program features classic abdominal training and basic Pilates. Beginners welcome.
Build a Strong, Healthy Back – In this program you will learn (1) the six spinal movements, (2) the importance of proper pelvic placement, and (3) the most important yoga postures for strengthening and stretching the musculature associated with low back pain. Beginners welcome.
Stress Busters – Learn how to alleviate tension associated with the stress response. This program features simple stretching, breathing, sensory awareness, and meditation techniques that will help you recognize, reduce, and possibly eliminate negative physical and mental symptoms. Appropriate for all levels.
Let’s Get Moving - This is a basic low impact movement class for unfit or overweight beginners. Simple and easy-to-follow dance steps combined with fun choreography in an upbeat environment make this class a really FUN form of low level cardiovascular exercise. Participants will need to wear athletic shoes. (This program is also available as a mini-session.)
Tai Chi – A steady, slow, and controlled form of mind-body exercise that enhances your balance, timing, strength, and flexibility. Appropriate for all levels.
