Corporate Wellness Programs from Academy of Holistic Fitness

4-Week Mini-Programs– $200 per session


Each topic is taught in a four week session consisting of one 30-minute class per week. We recommend a maximum of 15 participants so that we can provide individualized instruction. Please contact us to schedule your program(s) or find more information.

Choose one of the following session topics for your employees (or you may want to choose multiple topics if you have multiple groups):

  • Corporate Wellness 101 – Quick and easy refreshment techniques that you can do at you desk. Learn simple seated stretches, Angel Wings breathing, and an easy meditation technique to calm a busy or bothered mind.
     
  • Better Breathing – Learn the mechanics of proper respiration and practice breathing techniques that support health and wellness. Whether you want to calm down or get energized, the quickest and most direct method is via the breath.
     
  • Meditation 101 – Learn simple, practical ways to calm the mind and focus on the task at hand. This is a very valuable skill!
     
  • Let’s Get Moving - This is a simple, basic low impact movement class for unfit beginners. Easy to follow dance steps combined with fun choreography in an upbeat environment make this class a FUN form of low-moderate level cardiovascular exercise. Come dressed to exercise, and wear athletic shoes.
     
  • Chi Kung – This program consists of classic energy-moving exercises that are part of an ancient tradition. It may look easy and effortless, but the movements are accomplished via profound muscular strength, flexibility, control, and concentration. Come dressed to exercise.
     
  • Yoga Vinyasa – Get a total body workout in 30 minutes! Vinyasas are sequences of flowing movement that link one yoga pose to the next and are performed in coordination with the breath. Intermediate level. Some prior yoga experience is recommended. Bring a yoga mat and come dressed to exercise.
